Once the registration is received and approved: If you sent a registration by email, Camp Farley will email you a confirmation with information on remaining balance due and a registration packet. If you mailed in a registration, Camp Farley will mail you a confirmation. If there are any questions about payment, availability, or your registration, Camp Farley will contact you.
Cancellations before May 6th receive a full refund, minus a $30 handling fee per registration. After May 12th all deposits are non-refundable. After June 1st, all deposits are non-transferable.
If a camper leaves due to medical reasons, a prorated refund for the balance of their stay (minus the deposit) is made based on the number of whole days missed. A signed doctor's slip must be provided. NO refunds for early departures or late arrivals.
CHANGES - If space is available:
Thru June 1st, there is no charge for changing session dates. After June 1st a $10 fee will be assessed for EACH change so long as space is available. After June 1st, deposits are non-transferable (to other weeks or other campers).
