Overnight Camp

Ages 8 - 15 (Maximum age 15 while at camp)
$650 / week
Begins Sunday afternoon and concludes each Friday evening with an awards program.

Please note space is very limited this 2021 year to 36 Overnight Campers per week. This will provide for a wonderful & relationship building small-group experience for the kids.

Per the Massachusetts Health & Safety Guidelines for the re-opening of Camps ALL OVERNIGHT CAMPERS MUST OBTAIN A NEGATIVE PCR TEST WITHIN 72 HOURS OF ARRIVING AT CAMP!  If a family's health insurance will not cover the test, parents are responsible for the testing fee.  These tests are a requirement by the State of Massachusetts, and we ask that parents & guardians please be patient with us as we navigate testing requirements.

If your Overnight Camper is attending multiple back-to-back weeks, they will not be required to bring additional 72 hour PCR tests, however they will be tested on arrival of the first day of each session they attend. If there is an interruption between weeks, they will be required to bring a negative 72 hour PCR test on day of arrival. This will also be required for Campers alternating between day & overnight. If you have questions, please call Camp Office!

Please note Overnight Campers may not leave camp for any reason due to Covid guidelines. If a camper must leave, they may not return to Camp that week.

We will continue to monitor and follow guidelines laid out by the CDC, State of Massachusetts, Town of Mashpee & American Camp Association. We will continue to collaborate & share information regarding opening of overnight camp.

Arrival and registration for overnight campers is 2:00-4:00 PM on Sunday of each camp session. All campers must be signed in at the Pavilion area during these hours. We will conduct a Covid-19 health screening upon arrival. All Health documents must be submitted to Camp by June 15, 2021.

All overnight campers arrive on Sunday afternoon and leave on Friday evening even if they are registered for multiple weeks of camp.

Due to the Massachusetts Health & Safety Measure for Camps Re-Opening we are unable to offer Candlelight Ceremony for 2021. It is important to us that Overnight Campers are still celebrated at the end of each week. At the conclusion of each week, we will still offer our Campers a small, safe & distant Ceremony within camp prior to their departure. We hope to bring back our beloved Candlelight Ceremony next year!

For decades, every overnight week has concluded on Friday with a 7 PM Candlelight Ceremony. In previous years, parents were invited to join campers for staff introductions, a couple of camper performances, and the awarding of "colored beads" to campers who participated or excelled in various activities. At the conclusion of this program, six children are recognized for exemplifying the qualities we value in our developing humans. The awards include our 4-H Model of Head / Heart / Hands / Health.

Pre-paid family members can send up to 5 emails per week directly to campers for a $5 fee. Incoming camper email only, text, no photographs or attachments.

State law requires all overnight campers provide a completed and signed health form provided during the registration process through CampDoc - indicating the camper has had a physical exam within 18 months prior to arrival at camp and all immunizations are current. If you have a different health form signed by your doctor, please attach a copy (not the original) to our completed health form. A health form will be sent after receiving the registration.
